Today we did deadlifts 3-3-3-1-1-1
i did: 95-105-115-115-125-130 on Annie i did modified 30,20,10,5 finished in 7:49 wish i had done it rx bc it wasnt as hard as i thought it would be drink time. |

pretty crazy Saturday
800m run, 4 rounds for time i did: 4:25, 4:29, 4:38, 4:34 yep. u read that right. 800m run in 12* wind chill. i think the only upsetting part for our trainer was that there was no snow. fml. |

thanks! i have a hard time telling whether or not im doing a good job bc i dont know where i stand in comparison to other noobs.
no snow at all here. there were some flurries while we ran but that was pretty much it for the big bad noreaster we were getting |

good stuff. without that, you wouldnt be able to squat overhead safely. even on military pressing, the kind you see in global gyms etc, people dont know how to do it properly. you see them press up and never push their head thru the hold to activate the shoulders.

every 45 seconds, perform 2 deadlifts with 75% of you max for 8 rounds.
so for me it was 315 x 2 the it was run 100M, rest 45 seconds, x 8 run 200M, rest 1:30 min, x 4 run 400M, rest 3:00 min, x 2 run 800m x 1
