Lower right side. I have no appendix so its not that. I just called my DR to schedule a big appt. Pap and all that shiz cause Im paranoid about cancer and ovarian cysts. The cunty secretary laughs and says...oh its your change of life! Kidding!

I wanted to punch her and give her a change of face.

Ok phew...that felt good.

Any ladies get weird lower abdomenal pain during ovulation? This is a first for me..and it feels like I have appedicitis again...like Im curled in a ball on my bed ..ass up and typing like a hobbit with one hand. Magic bag on my belly right now.

i have very bad pains. as of now, my legs and part of my abdomen go numb for the first 2 days.

actually made an appt for pap and hpv test. cervical cancer is no joke, your dead usually before you find out.

this is in no way saying you are dying.

yea i get it pretty bad. its called middleschmerz or something. my gyno says its totes normal though not every girl gets it. its like bad pain but it doesnt last long and its not like cramps but it def feels like appendicitis lol.

Ive never been prone to cramps. Like the odd period I get sore lower back and some cramping first day. But it never gets so bad Im staying in bed.

I was ready to go to emerg. LOL It was so fucking bad I couldnt stand. I popped a big gel advil and within an hour its stopped.

Shan, a lot of the women in my moms family have had cervical cancer. Most caught it before the cells went through the final stage. My mom had her uterus taken out when she was 30. She kept putting of the the dr. The dr had her in surgery within days of her appt. Because he said the precancerous cells had 1 or 2 stages to go through before they were full blown cancer cells.

Im not fucking around. Thanks for that info Lizzy. Ive never felt like that before...only when I had appedicitis and that was wicked. Totally prepared me for childbirth lol The 2 worst pains in the world. Appendicitis and labor contractions

The last time I had those kind of pains and I wasn't on the rag I ruptured a cyst. I went to the hospital the pain was so bad

If it wouldnt have subsided..I was going to emerg. The pain was unbearable...like natural childbirth lol.

I've had a ruptured ovarian cyst too - is somewhat common and the pain is really intense. Ovarian cysts are really common in women of "child bearing" age and sometimes they rupture and can cause a lot of pain. Sometimes they need to go in there and cortorize it to stop the bleeding, etc - wasn't the case with me, luckily, I just needed to stay in the hospital for 2+ days solely for pain management (yay morphine) - can usually be diagnosed with a pelvic CT scan - fluid will show over the ovaries.

As for that time of the month cramps, I find it really helps to be on birth control, but I know that's not the case for everyone.

Yeah Ive given up on BC. It was giving me migraines. 3rd month on one kind...Id start getting fierce headaches and weekly migraines. Switch and same shit.

Sucks cause I took tricyclen all through HS and never had a problem till now.

that's really weird - my bff has the same problem with the pill... she is constantly switching her BC because of it, but I think she's been on the patch for a while now... have you ever tried that? I've been trying to get her to switch to Loestrin, which is what I'm on.... it's a super low dose of hormone - most of the side effects associated with other pills aren't a problem with this one, I guess... I've never had a problem with it but I think BC is actually the one medication I've never really had issues with

rly? it took a week for the bleeding to stop for me. it was basically like having my period again. then once it finished i ended up getting my period again liek 3 days later. so basically i bled for 3 weeks that month. disgusting. my doctor put me on bc but i stopped taking it after liek 3 days. it drives me nuts.

don't you get PAPs every 6 months or every year? should be used to it by now, no? I don't know... it's not that it's ever exactly pleasant or anything, but it's not the worst thing in the world. I'm getting mine again in April

paps used to be rec'd every year and now its every 2-3 and i think even less after 30, my cancer prof told us it should be probably more like 5.
